Qumulus
Qumulus is the application that allows you to monitor your application’s performance as it runs. It provides you with a visual representation of performance data and enables you to dive into measurements so you can find where performance is being wasted.
The process of getting performance data to show in Qumulus is rather simple. When starting the application it will present you with the source selection panel. On this panel you select the source of the profiling data. This could be a currently running application or a trace file containing a previous run. When you’ve made your selection the timeline view shows. Here you can see what is being executed when. You can get exact data by making selections and inspecting counter metrics changing over time. In the sections linked below you will find more information about these steps.
